The SasserCut Pro is a highly specialized knife that has been developed to ensure that car-wrappers can avoid unsightly zigzag cuts and paint damage on their vehicles.

Featuring conically shaped rollers, this roller-guided cutter ensures that the blade is always guided safely and smoothly along the intended cutting path. This is in contrast to conventional knives that can move up and down or left and right within the gap, resulting in irregular cut edges and potentially damaging the paint.

The SasserCut Pro comes with an adjustable plunge depth feature, with a standard immersion depth of 5.3 mm. However, with the SasserCut Roll replacement rollers, additional cutting depths of 4.0 and 6.5 mm are available. Additionally, a special plastic protective roller is available for use with the optional SpareBlade SasserCut Pro Plastic blade, making it ideal for vehicles where sensitive rubber seals and interior covers are located directly behind the body gap.
