At Signage Supplies AUS, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer support. Please review our warranty and returns policy below.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective Products

If an item arrives defective, non-functional, or shows signs of operational failure (including Dead on Arrival – DOA), customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Customers must provide a clear and detailed description of the issue, along with supporting evidence (photos or videos if requested).

Signage Supplies AUS reserves the right to reject any DOA or defect claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Resolution

If the product is confirmed to be defective:

We may offer a full or partial refund, a replacement product, or replacement parts, at our discretion.

If a return is required, the customer will be instructed to send the defective item back to our warehouse.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Signage Supplies AUS for approved warranty claims.

Returned defective items will become the property of Signage Supplies AUS, and the replacement item will become the customer’s property once delivered.

❌ Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or safety guidelines

Normal wear and tear

Accessories or complimentary items, including but not limited to:

Carrying bags

Cables

Batteries

Bonus or promotional gifts

Customers are responsible for reviewing all instructions and guidance provided by the manufacturer prior to use.

🔄 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
